COLDWELL BANKER

It went horrible overall!! I would never use the Bryant location again. I did stay with Coldwell Banker because my new broker, whom I had used years before happened to be an agent with them at the time. What I really dislike is  they convince you that they no longer take earnest money. Why not? A buyer is tying up your time to sometimes play games as this buyer did me. Their manner of professionalism is lacking in and every category possible. Chuck Warford should have been reprimanded, but he still goes on, am I am sure ringing clients thru the mud. My dear friend had the same problem with him almost 20 years ago and when she drove up to my house and saw the sign in my yard, she said "Oh No!"  I did sell my house to less than I wanted, but a far better experience than with the Bryant location. I feel that sometimes realtors think your stupid and they actually call the shots to  what is your property. No where on your mortgage does it say, and Coldwell Banker! The most horrible experience ever. Mr. Warford should be fired!! Hopefully I can save someone from the continual mind games that was played on me.
