DO NOT HIRE this company. DO NOT trust April, she will pretend to help you, even going out and saying that Luis has hot payed her, that she is about to leave the company to get you to trust her. Also, DO NOT give them any additional money, they will try to get it all from you before it is done, so they can leave you hanging. They do horrible work!!!! I wish I could provide you pictures of what they did to my home & copies of texts & correspondence with the Contractor Licensing Board. They were supposed to paint & hang closet doors, Painted, but missed places other places you could see the paint did not cover right. New closet doors were hung crooked multiple times. The contract called for them to paint outside doors. they told it it really only included painting the inside of the door. They also painted the hardware, never used any tape. I, provided plastic so they would cover, but I even that I had to keep covering my appliances!!!! They texturized by freezer & microwave, and later cleaned. When I tried pointing issues, they kept telling me everything was right and that I was just too picky. They installed the wrong baseboard - tried to tell me that I had not told them what I needed, then they said that what they installed was better than what I had. I wish you could see it. They had old trim next to new trim (2 inches higher). I told them they had 2 options, remove and replace the trim in the rest of the house or replace trim to match rest of the house. They did the latter, but left damaged wall, as new trim was taller than final trim. Wall finish - I asked for orange peel. I got orange peel & popcorn mixed (I know because they left the cans around the project water & oil base). To top it off, I used a command hook to hang the clock (same as what I had before), It fell and took with it the paint and texture. They painted cabinets in the kitchen with water base paint, paint was coming off before they were done. I've checked, the only way to fix it is to strip and repaint... Spot painted my new microwave & stove. I had to tell them they had sprayed painted my freezer. Did not protect my wood floors - I have paint on the floors and even tile they installed!!! They kept telling me they would clean it before they left, Not so, as they just left, and never returned to pick up ladder, and other stuff. There isn't a part of the project that looked finished when they abandoned the project, yes, I said abandoned!!!! Many more to say, but I think you get the picture. Get their insurance number upfront. you will need it, because they do not stand behind their workmanship or whatever they ruined. They damaged my freezer and all its content because they left the wall where the freezer was plugged in w/o electricity!!! They did clean the freezer, but the liner was ruined. I've submitted complains with the Contractors licensing board & the attorney general. I will be happy to provide pictures of every single claim. I can even provide pictures of texts with the company telling them of the problems which they left me with.
