Mic Boschetti is very responsive and helpful.  I asked him to come look at the house before we purchased it to discuss remodeling options.  He was always on-time and easy to talk to.  We had them repaint three rooms, including walls, trim and a ceiling.  They were very willing to accommodate our unknown schedule, as closing on the house was delayed, but we wanted the rooms painted as soon as we closed before we moved our stuff in.  They even helped us turn on the water while they were there.  We will hire Mic again to do a major remodel of the lower level of the home, including moving walls and doorways and adding a bathroom.  He presents his quote in a very detailed spreadsheet so that we know exactly what the cost is for.  I think his contractor fees may be expensive, but he knows what he is doing, he is responsive, and he stands behind his work.
