They were prompt with coming out. They came out when the roads had ice and snow on them. We had called another company, and they wouldn't come out because of the weather. They were very nice. They told me that the unit was the best that they had. It has functioned fine so far. I will probably be purchasing a new air-conditioning unit from them this summer. I will use them again.
