They are on the expensive side but their care is really good. They are just really caring and very thorough. I've had other pets in the past where I've taken them to Briarwood and they've been able to diagnose some pretty complex situations. They are expensive but I get what I pay for with them.

I would definitely use them again. They all are very caring and so are their staff members.

Although we had a bit of lengthy wait in the exam room before the doctor came in, she was friendly, compassionate, competent and reassuring to the cats (one of whom is very frightened of strangers) when she arrived. The staff was competent, friendly and concerned about the well-being of the animals. While I was checking out an emergency arrived and I noticed the staff acted swiftly and competently in handling the situation which included making every effort to avoid exposing the other animals present in the waiting room to the emergency animal . I came away with the impression that the facility is a very popular one as they had a lot of business coming and going in both the hospital side and the boarding side.

We have an unusual cat that they have never seen before. She is an Egyptian Mau so he treats her is a special manner. They are really nice and caring. They go above and beyond when treating my animals. I will use them again in the future.
