I contacted Bray Sheet Metal for an estimate on a small roof repair job. Mr. Simmons checked my roof and explained the repair needed. He stated that he would e-mail me an estimate that day. After 10 days, the estimate had not been delivered. I called the company and the receptionist said that Mr. Simmons handles all the estimates for his jobs. I called his line and left a message explaining that I was waiting to receive my estimate. I left my phone number and e-mail. I never heard from the company again and it has been one month on this date.
Description of Work
The service was not performed because Mr. Simmons never contacted me again.

The main thing I like about them is that they have been in the business for many years. It?s a family run business. They are specialists in the kind of roof that I have. The price was cheaper than I expected. I have used them before. They were slow to come out as we had a lot of rains here and lot of people had leaks. They were quite overloaded with work. They were slow to come out but when they came out they did an excellent job. They are professional.
