Description of Work: They restored a house that had been damaged by fire. They worked well w/ the insurance company and were several thousand dollars below another competitive bid. They were so easy to deal with. It was a pleasant experience and they did a great job on the house. They replaced all flooring, new tub, new tub tile surround, new kitchen cabinets, replaced insulation in the attic and painted. They even added some re-design in the kitchen that was needed when replacing the kitchen cabinets.

+ -1 moreOverall, they were Fine. They used a lot of very young workers (looked like kids), which I wasn't always comfortable with though the quality of the work was fine. I did have one problem with them concerning proper insulation. I told them it was important to have at least R30 value insulation, and I found them trying to put R16 insulation in the attic room hoping I would not notice. This insulation is inferior. I felt deceived but was able to stop them. Things turned out well overall.
Description of Work: They helped us with making our attic into a bonus room. The finished room was very nice.
