It went well with the exception of waiting for their report, but we are out of the  country so it may take a while for us to receive it.

Cliff did a mold inspection in our house and in the office behind our house, so the cost covered two inspections.  He brought out his sampling kit, but based on the inspection he recommended that we did not need to take samples and saved us some money.  He gave us a very helpful list of solutions to our mold problems.  He was very pleasant to work with.

Very pleased with them.  Mr. Joe Henry was the microbiologist and he was professional and showed up on time.  Very easy to deal with.  His report was excellent.

Easy

We live in California and own a house in White Hall, AR.  We call ATOKA for a mold inspection.  I spoke with Nathan Lester and he was honest on the phone about his time line and price quote and what the quote entailed.  They worked with out tenant and we had no complaints from her either.  They also accommodated us with an emailed report as well as the hard copy documents.  I would recommend them to others.

I was pleased with Cliff's thoroughness and knowledge. He made numerous detailed recommendations on how to clean up and prevent mold that were specific to the conditions of our new house. He recommended specific companies and contractors that he trusts to do good work. He was willing to talk to the contractors to give them specific instructions as well. It was also nice that he didn't do any unnecessary work (or charge us unnecessary money) - originally he estimated that it would cost $400-800 for the inspection and report, depending on whether or not air or surface sampling was necessary. But because I took detailed notes, and he felt that the sampling wasn't needed, he didn't perform these services, saving us money to spend on the work that needed to be done.
