ATLAS/EXECUTIVE RELOCATION

I have used this service 3 times in the past. They do a great job and are there when they say they will be. They get the job done. They always send someone out to meets with me to discuss what's going to be moved and such things. This person gave me a quote. They have a 4 hour minimum and the job only took 2 hours but I knew this going in. But when they handed me the bill there was a $75 fuel charge added on. After we negotiated they waived the charge but I didn't like going through that. I had already paid their 4 hour minimum for only 2 hours of work.

An in-home estimate was done prior to signing the contract, so we knew up-front what to expect. They explained optional replacement cost insurance and the levels of coverage/deductibles. They arrived on time but took several hours longer to complete the move than originally quoted. We had anticipated they would load items onto the van on a room-to-room basis, but that was not the case. The random way they loaded the van made it more confusing when they arrived at our new home. There were three men, and they all seemed amiable, but it was hard to determine who was actually in charge. They did not seem well coordinated in the unloading and placement of our items. I would have to direct one to the living room with a piece of furniture while another was holding something that went to a bedroom. It was stressful for me because I like more order and less confusion. Additionally, they gouged the doorfacing from the foyer into the living room but repaired it promptly to our satisfaction.

They showed up on time and did a good job with the handling process. They were very professional, polite and kind. They took the extra time to insure that nothing got broken and all of the furniture arrived undamaged.
