Could not be specific as to what the cost would be and charged me for the visit. Will not use them again. Hired another plumber to fix.

They were very friendly both on the phone and when they visited my house. Oliver, the plumber that did my work, was super nice and very conscientious of making sure things were done correctly and keeping my home clean (even thought it was a remodel construction area). Price was a bit more than I expected for the work being performed and since I usually do my own work. I do recommend signing up for their annual program as it will provide additional discounts and priority service.

Went REALLY well. The gentlemen that came were VERY courteous and professional. Went above and beyond to help me! When he was unable to help he recommended another company and waived the charges! Will definitely recommend them to others!

Very well both times. They were very responsive, gave an accurate estimate and completed both jobs excellently leaving very little evidence that the trench crossed the entire yard on both jobs. One job required crossing a driveway. This was done with no disturbance to the concrete.

I took in the old part and the person was very helpful to see that I got the exact replacement. I have used this company several times over the past 20 years for various plumbing jobs and have always been satisfied. I have always found them to be professional and honest. I always get estimates and bids on major repairs, and they are usually competitive.

Justin did a great job, carefully describing every step to me until he figured out exactly what he needed to do. He was courteous and professional the entire time. He covered his shoes when he had to walk through my house. Start to finish was less than 2 hours. I was impressed with his performance and I plan to send a note to the owner.

When my water heater died, I wanted to replace it with a tankless one to lessen my carbon footprint. I checked Angie's List for a contractor, read the reports and chose Professional Plumbers. I called, an estimator came out the same day (9/3), and gave me an estimate. He called later in the day to tell me that the amount would be less than originally estimated. When I rechecked Angie's List, I discovered that they offered a coupon for up to $100. Even though they had originally quoted the water heater, they gave me $100 off the price. The tankless heater was installed on 9/10/10. Then, when their normal paperwork wasn't what CenterPoint Energy needed for a rebate, they created the necessary document, faxed it to me, and that rebate is in process. Everyone was very professional and accomodating and I would certainly use them again.

They were prompt. They came when they said and they did the job fairly quickly. The work did not have to be done immediately and I told them that I wanted them to come back when I got paid in three days. They said that was not a problem and that they would accept a post dated check. They did the work and then cashed the check that day. They put everything on me to try to get the money back from them cashing the check before they said they would, which they knew they did.

Our normal procedure is to be paid in full upon completion of work, but we do make exceptions under special circumstances. As you can also see we held the checks well after the check date before they were deposited. I did talk to someone, but I am not sure if it was the Member about us paying any return check fees or someone else about a diiferent workorder."

I called Associated Plumbers on Tuesday afternoon, and they scheduled a visit for the following morning. I was informed that the visit would cost $59 which would be applied toward the cost of the work if I decided to have them do it. The plumber called at 8:30 the next morning for directions and arrived soon thereafter. He was polite, professional, and answered all of my questions. After examining the problem he gave me a written estimate, which I signed. He gained access to the pipe through the wall beneath the kitchen sink. This area had been previously accessed so there was already an opening in the sheet rock. He inquired how I wanted the faucet oriented on the outside (pointing down? Pointing left? Etc.) and re-soldered the joint. He screwed the support flange back into place. The supporting plywood was wet from the recently leaking faucet, so he left the area exposed so that I might let it dry. He explained how I could wedge a wood block between the pipe and the plywood to stabilize the unit after the wood dried. He asked whether I had other work he could do and then departed.

Associated charges by the job, not the hour. They do excellent work. I know my commode was running much better after they had cured what was ailing it. They were prompt about when they showed up and did quality work if you ask me. I would use them again in the future and tell other folks in my area they are a fine company to deal with.

They got here on time, Knew what they were doing, dug up and replaced the line in one day. They used a backhoe, which required us to remove part of our fence which we were going to replace anyway. City inspector approved the work. Because of the weather, they had to wait about four days to clean up. Used back up to cover and rake. Did haul off damaged plants, old pipe and fence. I think the area needed some hand raking. I guess I'll do it myself.

We also noticed that prior to doing any work for you. They give you a printed list of what each service job will cost. I think that this is just wonderful because then you know what you are paying upfront and there is no guess work about if you are being charged fairly or appropriately. Most companies, especially plumbing ones, do not do that for customers. Their work was extremely efficient. They had wonderful work ethic and could not have been more informative to us as customers. They presented themselves very well and we would absolutely give them all A's. I will also add that we were charged a weekend rate rather than a weekday, but we were told that upfront. From calling around to other places, it was still far better than what others were going to try to charge.

I certainly had no problems with Associated Plumbers. They rectified the problem I was having and I have not had a pipe burst since that time! They were really nice when they came out though and it took them very little time to diagnose the problem so they seem to know their business. I would call them if I ever needed to again in the future.

I've been using this company since nineteen fifty-three, and they've always done good work for me. They've changed hands since then and their prices have increased quite a lot, but they re still my favorite. They re on time and when I call; they come as soon as they can. They are a reputable company, very professional and trustworthy.
