I dropped by the showroom and Chris Clevidence went above and beyond to show me samples, provide expertise and offered the best price of four other stores. The turn around time was amazing and we had carpet installed within ten days. The installers were professional and did an outstanding job. The customer service was top notch and Arnold's will be our go to for flooring from now on.

Their salesman met me at the home to give an estimate on tiling the kitchen and bathroom. During inspection the subject of painting the interior was brought up (me or him) and he said they painted interiors also. This is an older home and due to settling there was major cracks in almost every room. I requested the bid to include painting and repairing all cracks and was told they could do that without a problem.

Upon initial inspection after work completed I discovered just how bad a job can be done. I paid the extra to have them move and replace stove and toilet and that had not been done. Hardy board was needed in the bathroom and after the job was done the bathroom door was not cut to refit and just left in one of the bedrooms. The threshold plate for bathroom and kitchen had not been installed either. The cracks in the walls were smeared over with joint compound and never sanded before painting, it actually looked worse than the original cracks. Paint was left on the floors, trash and 5 gallon buckets with water used for cleaning were left in the living room. After calling they sent a new gentlemen out to inspect and he also agreed it was a terrible job and he would make sure the job was done right and said he would call back in a week. After 3 weeks and never receiving a call saying the work had been done I went back to find the work done. Buckets of water were still left in the house and they did not sweep up the dust from doing the repair work. I would say the work was done satisfactorily.

Contractor sub-contracted Arnold's to tile floor. Tile was poorly laid. Contractor contacted Arnold's to redo flooring. Flooring still not right. Contractor contacted Arnold's again and they came out to correct work. Floors still unsatisfactory.

They were suppose to put the trim back on the baseboard and paint it but they didn t, and they charged the insurance company for that. They also charged them for a full box of hardwood flooring and only used six squares and they took the rest with them. They were unprofessional, late showing up and it was a real bad job.
