Very professional and very knowledgable. Explained installation process and how the unit would perform in a very understandable manner.
Arrived with unit on time, about 2 weeks later, and 2 technicians installed it in about 2 hours.
I used the plumber they recommended (and were familiar with) to 'tap in' to our natural gas line and hook it up to the generator....about 2.5 hours.
A company technician arrived as scheduled a few days later....tested the unit....found a defective electrical set-screw connector...returned to his office and brought back a replacement which he installed and re-tested the unit.
All worked as advertised. The technician demonstrated features, and explained how the generator would respond in the electricity went out. How to maintain the unit and security precautions that are recommended.
All in all, a very good job....very professional people that took the time to explain the features of the new generator.
