I called Arkansas Door Doctor and he fixed everything! He was, kind, prompt, courteous, and professional. He came to my home within an hour of receiving my call. He picked up my first call and gave me a quote on the phone. This is now my "door man" and I will use him for any service I need, that he provides. The finished product was EXCELLENT! If you need door work, call him!

After havig 3-4 different people come to my house to give me estimates on replacing four exterior and one interior door, a local door supplier gave me the number for and quot;A Door Doctor.and quot; Ralph, the owner (he also does the repairs) came to my house at the agreed upon time the same day I called. He said that he could do the work that day, went and got the doors and came right back and installed them. I was very pleased with his professionalism, quality of work and genuine friendliness. The other people I had called never even came back to do the work. Ralph specializes in doors and has done this for over 20 years. I highly recommend him.

Ralph is always prompt and responsive. He has made suggestions for what could help but doesn't try to sell me work I do not need or want. I have used him previously and he did what he needed to to find an unusual size door and to get it in as quickly as possible.
