There were no known problems with the '04 Highlander AC, but the system had never been examined or serviced and I wanted it checked before hot weather came and Ark Auto Air got busy. They did a complete check and gave me a thorough briefing afterward. I have used this shop for years, and many of the mechanics have been there the whole time and are very experienced. They are prompt and efficient. From my experience, they have been completely honest, which is a main reason I would go nowhere else for this automotive specialty.
Some years ago I had an oil leak coupled with an AC problemin an older car, and I felt sure the compressor was leaking or bad. They correctly diagnosed a minor problem and fixed both, when they could have done an unnecessary major repair (for hundreds of dollars).
The only drawback is the fact that they do not take appointments, but take vehicles in based on when they arrive. They have a good reputation, and when hot weather arrives and business flourishes, you will have to be there early if you want to be sure your car is seen that day.

Arkansas Auto Air Conditioning did what they said they would do. They did it quickly and reasonably.
