We used Apex to install our system originally. A burglar broke one our windows and set off the alarm. It was almost impossible to get Apex to respond and send someone out, until I had harsh words with them. I'll continue to use them, until I decide to have a new alarm system installed.

We have had a few false alarms, as well as, a few real ones and they are very quick to respond to the situation. I feel very protected with them monitoring my home, because they are a local company and because of how quickly they respond. We paid them for a year of service.
