I am the facilities supervisor at a church in Little Rock AR. I have used this company for several projects at my church and they have always done a great job. They were also very helpful in dealing with the insurance company when we had to have a hail-damaged roof repaired. i would highly recommend AHEC.

In the span of 4 days the contractor gave us a quote, went over different products and options of the particular shingle we had chosen and had his crew completely remove and re-shingle our roof, adding turbines and new ridge vents, within a day. Very satisfied with the customer service and workmanship of AHEC.

The only hard part was not to use AHEC to put on a new roof when they were so great in doing stuff for me for free. The reason I chose another roofer who was also very professional is because a contractor doing other work for me,who is not a roofer, when I mentioned that I would be getting a new roof soon, told me that he himself used and recommended to his customers a different roofer, and he had been doing this for many years and and quot;his own reputation was at stakeand quot; and he had never been disappointed. I really struggled with the decision; I was very satisfied with everything that AHEC did for me and would not hesitate to recommend them based on their estimate or help.

their rep knocked on my door and pointed out that we had hail damage, told him our insurer said we didnt. he pointed it out to me, circled the damage spots with chalk, and met the insurer to show them the next day. he had my business. very responsive to calls.
they recommended shingle colors and gave us a reference with the same shingles so we could go see the color on a home and ask them about their experience (all good). they completed the job in a day and a half. very clean with no debris in our yard. neighbors have complimenterd us on the color so all was good. they even followed through on their promise of a $100 referral fee.

Overall the job went fine. Their one major bid was much less expensive than the other bids that I got.
