Marcus did a great job communicating and helping me further my improvements on my crawl space before the job was completed. His recommendations saved me of other potential issues. I had a small problem with my gutter that they fixed with no extra charge. I would highly recommend AdvantaClean for crawl space repair.

Stoney Simons estimated and then carried out the mold mitigation. It was an area inside cabinetry where a previously unnoticed plumbing leak created the mess. He set up a floor to ceiling containment area, cleaned where possible and cut out affected wood parts, ran a dehumidifier and fan for a couple of days and finished with another antimicrobial treatment. I am confident it has been eradicated. Very knowledgeable and professional folks. Hope I never have such a need again, but if I do, I am 100% sure I'd be calling them in to take care of it.

There was some residue dust and paint chips that they left on the floor and furniture. The time was longer than was stated in the request. They needed a special adapter to cover the registers so that the blowback dust would not blow out in the house leaking past the vauccum hose.
