Our realtor was a lady named Linda Green and it was a great experience working with her.  My fiancé and I were living in an apartment in Little Rock, this was our first experience looking for a house, we got in touch with Linda through a mutual friend and she was great.  She made the home buying experience a hundred percent smooth for us because we didn’t know what we were getting into and we didn’t know a lot about the process but she taught us down and made sure everything was clearly spelled out.  She explained every step of the process and it was much easier and much faster than what we had anticipated.  We contacted Linda, met with her, gave her our likes and dislikes, and she identified maybe seven to eight properties to look at on a Saturday.  We did a second visit to one particular property on Sunday, made an offer Sunday night and they accepted it on Monday, so the entire process just really took about three days, which was kind of scary too.  There was nothing really about Linda that we didn’t appreciate; her service was really spectacular.  We didn’t really shop around for realtors, so I really don’t have any price comparisons, so from a purely grading standpoint it is hard for me to say how their price actually compares.

I didn?t spend anything on them as the seller paid the charges. The agent was great. She was recommended by a personal friend. It was perfect. I will use this company again in the future.
