It went fine. He comes to inspect/refill poison containers monthly or I can call if poison containers are empty.

They were on time. They were very thorough. The cost was around $25 a month and $175 annually.

They seem to do a thorough job. The bugs come back every once in awhile, but I don't think they can do much about it because I live close to the woods. They do make it more comfortable though.
