rip-off. First of all, does this look like a tree "removal", or a country version of the Venus Di Milo? Thank you for leaving this hazard in my backyard. Also he forgot about it for like four months and I had to remind him maybe three times. Second, when I complained about this, he referred to the wire and pole. Couldn't one simply cut the tree from the other side of the pole? And I could simply clip the wire with cutters? He said he "didn't know what I want". Be serious, who would want this in their back yard instead of a tree? Second, this man's feelings are fragile, so don't you dare complain. I said I could have done that myself (meaning find some goons with a chainsaw to mutilate my tree) and he said "No you couldn't" and continued to make excuses. Third, when he trimmed the branches over my house he did it so minimally that a significant amount of debris still falls on my house, and not just from branches that are super high up (which would be understandable), but from those that would be easy to reach

They removed a one hundred year old pecan tree that had fallen on our kindergarten playground. They filled three trucks and did an excellent job avoiding damaging any of our fencing. They left with four referrals of church members who wanted them to do work, as well. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

I used Greg Owen to remove a couple of trees a decade ago as well. Greg and his crew work quickly and efficiently. At least the work they've done for me, they've never used a large bucket truck. They use a climber to piece the tree up and carry the pieces by hand. They use ropes to lower branches to the ground to minimize damage to grass and shrubs. They clean up reasonably well. I will use them again in the future.

Greg was highly recommended by a neighbor. I left a message on his phone. i gave my name, phone number, address and brief description of the job. Greg calle the next morning before 9.00am and said he was five minutes away if I cared to show him the job. I did. Greg arrived within 5 minutes, gave me a great quote, gave me a date and put me in his diary. He also gave me a business card on which he wrote the quote.
I called Greg the day before the appointment and he confirmed hes was coming.
He arrived at the house on time, total of 5 men. The tree was high, heavy and dangerous. Everyone worked hard (including Greg) and the job was finished in less than 2 hours, including blowing the deck clean.
Good communication, good performance. This is what it's all about!

They do an excellent work.  Every time they come here I don't ask for an estimate because I totally trust them.  They always clean up and works efficiently.  They cut the firewood the way you want it and place it where you want it.

They were very good, very professional and very reasonably priced. They cleaned up after themselves.  What stuck out for me was their politeness and their professionalism.  They were very good about getting here as quick as they could.  They had to finish another job but then they came right over.   I recommend them.

Ace Tree Service did a great job of removing the tree. They were here as scheduled. The workers were friendly. They did a nice job of cleaning it all up. I was satisfied with the service. I would recommend them to others.

Ace Tree Service did a great job of trimming the large maple tree in our yard. They got all of the dead limbs out of the tree and trimmed the drooping limbs from around the roof of our home. They even took all of the limbs they cut with them and raked the fallen leaves.

Being that we live in natural tree state, so to say, Ace has done lots of work for us. We have used their services plenty of times and they have always been great. They have done wonderful with getting things done right, and also with cleaning up and being sure not leave a mess behind. They have proven to me that they are very professional and definitely worth calling back again.
