Upholstering
Provider analysed problem and fixed it over 24 hours. I called a lot of people and interviewed them over the phone about this problem. No one seemed familiar with it or knew how to address, except for this provider. I just got the car back so we will see if the problem is fixed but I feel confident the provider knew what he was doing and have high expectations. Professional, courteous, processed the car almost immediately.
