terrible, after we agreed on a price and he received his first payment things went down hill from there, no shows for work , derelict sub contractors, delays in the project, then I heard he ripped off his partner who I really liked, then next came more trouble, he got a extreme Dui Arrest then came more excuses about the delays and poor workmanship! This guy has a boat load of trouble and a tanker load of excuses! worst guy ever to hire! He yells at his crews and berates them at the top of his lungs. My next move is to contact Arizona Contractors Registrar and see if I can have him removed! What a mistake! I think he's living off the reputation of his brother Matt who also lives in this town!
