River Park Subdivision

In 2007 I bought a house in this subdivision. I was promised by some kind of subdivision contract that it would be a great place to live. I was told I could not put up a chain link fence but then they let the neighbors do it, so i did too. I was told i cant expand my driveway by adding chat but the officer down the road did, so I will soon. Instead of coming by theirselves to tell you something (some code you broke) they send the cops, Im already tired of the cops. All of my faucets are broken, when I confronted Jeb the builder with it he said, "ya I used cheap faucets then, Ive changed to a different kind now" but he did bother offering to replace mine. I had him come over and showed him where my back door is rotting from the rain because he didnt put in a screen door and he told me I needed to change the door frame and add a screen door. All of the above was during my 2 yr warrenty. I only recieved one service during my 2 yr warrenty and that was to have him recock my ceiling where it met the wall cause it made it look like it was falling down. I was told when I bought my house that she did a background check on everybody and I was guareted good neighbors but as soon as Obama decided anyone could have a house, so did she. I would move but I would never be able to sell my house for what I owe on it.
