COAST TO COAST CARPORTS INC

I ordered a shed on 6-15-2023, delivery was said to be within 5 weeks. Months later and with numerous calls, I could not get a delivery date and was repeatedly told that materials were not available. I finally cancelled in February 2024, 8 months later. I was told I would not get my deposit back. The contract says I won't and that's fine if I had got the shed in a reasonable timeframe. A lawsuit was filed in December 2023 by the Arkansas AG against Coast to Coast for this deceptive practice. Coast to Coast's web site says they will refund deposits subject to terms and conditions. When I asked about what the terms and conditions are, I was told that the terms and conditions are the statement in the contract that negates the refund policy. Do not do business with these people.

Once they get your deposit, you are left in the dark. It was weeks after that I found out that they didn’t have the color we ordered and they wanted us to change colors. Because we didn’t want to change colors I told them to cancel and issue a refund. Now I am still fighting to get my money back.

I put $8800.40 down payment for these building on May 27, 2021 with a promise of 12 to 14 week lead time. It is now abut 24 weeks and still no buildings. I have contacted them numerous times, starting at 12 weeks into it, and only have had hostile folks on the other end of the phone. They refuse to set up a schedule for it. I went to the BBB and the company agreed to get the buildings out, then have not delivered. I called on 11/8/2021 again only to receive a hostile receptionist on the other end. Do not use these folks if you do not want to lose your hard earned money.

I paid the down payment of $303 on 4-13-2021, waited until 06-24-2021 for the installation to occur, during the installation the workers notify me that one of the panels for my carport had been damaged and that they would come back at a latter date to install it and finish my carport. They insisted that I pay them in advance for the entire carport, even though they did not finish the job. I waited four months for them to return and they never came to finish the job. Therefore that got all of my money and I got 85% of a carport in return. I do not recommend at all, and I recommend avoid this company at all costs.

They are a joke placed order contract states upto 10 weeks we are now going on 14 weeks. Just be aware that they contract the installation out, the crews that install get to decide when and where they want to work. The crew gives them 5 days notice before coming to install. We are going on 14 weeks waiting for that call, now that winter is here might not get it until spring. We will have to continue paying storage unit fees and get additional storage units to put the items that could be outside until we got snow. All the representatives could say was that they can't do anything waiting on the installers, also don't bother leaving messages they don't return their calls. Spoke with supervisor she was rude and basically blaming the authorized dealer saying we should not have been given a time frame but it is in the contract with them. Wish never gave a deposit and should have gone with some other company.

They took my deposit and 6 weeks later, I still have no building. I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery & installation.

Everything was above expectations. Ashley Watkins was very professional. Installers did a good job. We just had 103 MPG straight wind and my RV Shed never moved. I purchased the Wind Package and glad I did. The wind storm destroyed the roof on my old barn and we have limbs on our house.

Building was delivered when concrete pad was ready, Workers was professional and fast on the construction.

Was told big buff guys do the work and there would be no problem that we have lava rocks.  Three little Mexican guys came out they couldn't get the frame staked solid in the ground cause of the lava rocks, and they scattered the screws all over the place it was a mess picking them up. They have like a cement anchor they use but we was told that they are big buff guys and there would be no problem what a joke.  We have had to stake it down with cable wires which look real stupid, tried to talk to the people at the main company but they got there money so they didn't care so if you have a problem good luck with this place I am not impressed everytime I look at it I get discusted we spent 4,000.00 dollars for a mess.

I also had them build a garage for me on one of my rental properties and of course they did a great job fast,clean, right,this one I added a door and they matched the color to the house and that was in 2008 and the price was around 5000.00 but I can park a RV or a large boat in it. They did not seal the bottom of the garage I did that but all in all its a nice job. they were on time and left no mess.
