They put on a new blower motor and control board which was an 950.00 job then it went out exactly one week later and almost caught my house on fire, I had to call the fire department because the blower motor burned out. I called and texted whitehurst for 2 weeks straight day in and out asking them to please come recall and fix my air but never got a single response from them whatsoever, after going without Air for 2 weeks in 95 degree temps I had to hire another heat and air company which pointed out whitehurst rookie mistakes. My old blower motor was a 3 speed motor and whitehurst replaced it with a 4 speed motor but failed to tape off the 4th wire which wasn't needed, so after about a week of running it finally touched the metal, shorted itself out, burned up the new blower motor as well as ruined the new control board, therefore costing me another 800.00 to fix. I would never recommend this company, they do cheap, faulty work, then once they get your money you never hear from them again to fix their mistakes, total heartache, but lesson learned the hard way.
