I brought JJ (our dog) over after making the appointment. The owner (Rita Smith) met us at the door and JJ took right to her. JJ normally is not that outgoing, so I took it as a good sign. Rita and JJ got along fine. Rita informed me it would be a few hours since JJ was technically a and quot;walk-inand quot;. After a few hours Rita calls me and lets me know that JJ is ready and even sent me a picture of him of before and after!! I was highly impressed with the skills and caring that Rita took with JJ. As JJ is now growing out his winter coat and summer right around the corner, it looks like I will be calling Rita back.
