Great service that met my needs! Service fee of $100.00 plus detailed parts needed made it easy to determine whether to repair the ice maker or to purchase a new one. Went with repair of present machine. Timely and complete repair. Very happy with the whole process.

Never returned calls (over 30) as he was supposed to come back for warranty work and never showed or answered. Good reviews must have been extremely easy work because I would never trust or call him again. God bless!

Tom came to my home at the promise time. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with my ice maker and was able to repair it in 10 minutes. The only thing that took longer than 10 minutes was going to the part store to pick up the part which took less than 25 minutes. The service was great and the price was what I expected. I would hire Sergeants Repair Services for all of my appliance repair.
