They answered the phone on the initial call, and had someone out as they had informed me. The gas line inspection was additional to my 1st inquiry for service and they accommodated this inspection. I found them friendly, professional and detail oriented in getting the jobs completed.

I called them to fix a shower faucet from leaking. They got out to my house pretty quick and started working on the faucet. The parts where hard to find so I found them and ordered them online. It took a couple of days for them to show up even when they had been told in advance. They switched some washers and put it back together.It started leaking again in 4 days. I still had not paid them and they where supposed to come back. I waited all day and they did not show up. After a week or so they texted me wanting to come by, yet another no show after waiting half a day. I received another phone call about two weeks later and you guessed it another no show. The only thing that went well is it only cost me time. I think the job was a little over there heads, Grohe faucets are very complicated but not showing up when they where supposed to is very unprofessional.

"not realy sure what this guy is talking about we showed when we said and fixed the problem sent him a text to meet and get paid his text said he would be there till 4 we showed up around 320 and guess what .....not there so mr since you wont answer your phone maybe you will read this i think you are liar and i think its pretty sorry you stiff someone and then talk trash when you know your a liar im going to stop now i need to keep some kind of professionalism but understand things in life have a way of comeing back around i work realy hard for a good rep and dont appeciate you trying to ruin it"

She called PF Plumbing based on their listing in Angie's List. They responded very promptly, they fixed the problem quickly and at a fair price. Cleaned up after themselves, as well. She was very pleased, and will be happy to use them again any time she needs a plumber.

Well I called the plumbing company I normally use and they wanted me to wait until Monday, before they could get to me. In other words they didnt want to work on a weekend, although I have been a loyal customer for many years. I was left calling a more local plumbers in my area and come across PF Plumbing and Remodeling. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and seemed very concerned about my situation. When I explained to him that my water heater had just went out and that I hated to have anyone work on there weekend off. He come over within 30 minutes and replaced it, and best of all he beat all the other companies prices in town for weekend service. If I find that I ever need a plumber in the future I will not hesitate to call this company! Thank you PF Plumbing and Remodeling! I wish you guys the best. you were a blessing to me!
