I got an appointment the day after I called, which was great. Most places were booked for 2 weeks. Upon arrival, the lady at the desk was very disagreeable about the cut I requested for my dog. I felt she was somewhat disrespectful. They finished her in about 2 hours. The cut was fair, but I wouldn't go back.

It was very easy to drop off/pick-up my dogs and the grooming was done in a timely manner. I have used Monica for the past 6 years on and off because of my location. I would use her all the time if I could. She takes great care of my dogs and my poodles look great after she is done.

I have a silky terrier who needs a cut every 3-4 weeks. Pet Quarters does a fantastic job, and they are able to schedule us an appointment within days. You will need to drop off your pet by 9 am, and pick-up is generally between 4 pm and 5 pm.
