Park Lake Apartments

They were not the best people. I lived there for 3 and a half years. The first year the apartment manager was wonderful. The rest of time I had two different ones that were awful. They did not know how to talk to people, they were rude, mad, upset, and angry. They did not notify us that new management was coming. They did not communicate properly. No one told me the rent was increasing. I was charged a fee to end the lease even though it was not on my contract. The rent was cheap and the area was nice. I did feel safe living there. The paint jobs were terrible, there were stains on the wall for not painting well. They were not income based apartments. My toilet leaked and they told me not to flush it so much.
