MERRILL BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION

Rob Merrill claimed had contractor license to perform rehab work on an apartment complex. He has no such license. On my project,he ignored inspection codes and performed the work in such a complete disregard for ethics and code compliance. He purchased materials for other jobs and double billed to my project. After paying him 15,000 dollars for 8 heat and air units he was to deliver and have installed by a license heat and air company, he abandoned the job with out delivering the units and did not return my money. He also left the project site unlocked and thieves took the copper lines and wiring from each unit. He poured concrete sidewalks for my project and another at the same time and billed me for mine and his personal job. He used sub labor at other jobs and billed me for both. Materials and tools were paid for by me with the understanding those tools would be my tools at the end of the project. No tools have been delivered to me as of this date, He built a deck with double the materials necessary and double the time required to complete the project.
