He was very thorough in his explanations with procedures, the problem I was being treated for, options, consequences to surgery versus not having surgery. He showed me a list of statistics on the overall success of this surgery. His staff were always very friendly and helpful. If I ever had a question or concern and had to call the office, the nurses would either answer my questions or get back to me as soon as possible about the answers or what I should do. Usually, the calls were returned within the hour and always by the end of the day. My last appointment was a follow-up visit to make sure my discs had fused and for a review of my MRI to show me anything that could be a concern. There were no concerns and the discs had fused. Dr. Campbell always spoke to me on my level and never made me feel rushed, beneath him, or neglected as so many other doctors have done in the past. He didn't charge me for the last visit because my insurance had expired. That was very unique to me. I would recommend him to anyone and I would use him again without a question. He always has a very positive attitude and I believe he is a very honest straight-forward person.
