Within 15minutes the problem was identified...and it wasn't something obvious like a tripped breaker. So they found the problem quickly and solved it on the prospect of future business. Frankly, there's no better way to build customers than to demonstrate how services are rendered...in this case quickly, effectively and in a way that embraced good customer service (e.g. courteous, thoughtful and friendly).
