I had a leak near the air-conditioner, which sits on the roof, that I was unaware of until I noticed the water stains in my bedroom ceiling. Within 24 hours I received a reply to my request for a quote. Within a week Lupe came by to provide a written and comprehensive quote which included video and pictures of the damaged area around the AC. Although we purchased the home 2+ years ago, the house is almost 20 years old and I'm not surprised with the need for this type of repair. I was very pleased with Lupe's professionalism as well as the comprehensiveness of his quote. I would not only recommend Lupe and First Quality Roofing to any of my friends, I would also use them again if or when I need further roofing work.
