The service was good. The work was great and they cleaned up well.

His name is Anges Buars. He gave us a new heating and air conditioning unit in 2000. He comes and checks it out. He makes sure it is clean and is working well. His price is extremely reasonable. He goes the extra mile when required. In bad weather, he will go on all night to get us going. He is very, very good. Our kids grew up together. We have been friends. I never had any need for him. When he came and gave us a bid, we could not believe it. We were very happy. We are happy 10 years later. He knows what he is doing. We have a 3 story house which is about 4000 sq feet. Our heating and air conditioning bill has come down since he installed the unit. In that time period, it is probably getting to where it evens out. When he was doing the job, he let my husband help him instead of the helper he had brought in. That saved us some money and he was able to use the man he let go on another job. He services some big apartments in town but he comes out to single family homes. He gets people back in so that they can make it through the night. He is shy and does not talk a lot. When we ask him something, he will explain things to us. He is almost retiring. He comes in on time. He is a service man so he does not come in dressed in a suit and tie. He does what he says he is going to do.
