The paving jobs on the private driveways is sufficient, probably due to the presence of an already substantial gravel driveway.  The common drive is horrible.  Within a few months there were cracks in the asphalt and random spots where the gravel below was bursting through.  Mr. Cooley returned and patched some of the spots.  This looked horrible.  He promised the homeowners to return on multiple occasions but never did.  Buyer BEWARE.
