He did come at the appointed time, and looked at the unit and stated that she did not have any free-on in her unit. He completed the work and left. One week later my daughter turned her AC on and it was not working. She called on numorous occasions that evening and the next day, but received no response. My husband had tro call another provider and was told the "board" in her unit had gone out, fixed the problem and there has not been any additional issues since. I would not recommend this service at all.
