M & M Heating & Air Conditioning

I've been using M&M Heat and Air since 2013 when they installed my a/c units at the house I was building. Since they installed the York units in 2013, I have literally had them out to my house every year working on them. I always thought their prices were high, but I recently found out they were unreasonably (rip off) high. In early May 2023, my a/c stopped blowing so I had them come out to take a look. They told me that the furnace fan had gone out and it would be $4500 to replace it. They said for another $200 they could replace the entire furnace. I was about to tell them to replace the furnace but then I decided to slow down, try to find the cost of the part on the internet and get a second estimate. I was able to find the part on the internet and it was WAY cheaper than what they said. I got a second estimate from a well-known, reputable HVAC company in the Little Rock area and they quoted me $2,500 for the repair....$2,000 (almost 60%) less than M&Ms quote. This made me start thinking back to one of the outside units M&M replaced a few years ago. I thought what they charged me for that seemed high as well, so I looked up the brand and model (which got horrible reviews) and found the retail cost of the unit was about $1,500. They charged me $4,200 and it took them less than an hour to install. This is partially my fault because I trusted them and never went out for other quotes. I wanted to support this small, family-owned business because I thought they would have to be fair and honest to stay in business. That was a mistake! Unless you want to get cheap equipment at astronomical prices, I would avoid this company at all costs.

Arrived ahead of time, very courteous, professional and very affordable, and also included a bit of training to keep my equipment running with out ringing for service. But the professionalism is what i will pay for, and they know what they are doing. I have tried others and professionalism was non-existent. I will soon need a new system and will not hesitate to ring them.

Friendly call. Quick response. Resolved problem quickly.  Returned to ensure problem was resolved and leak fixed. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.  I purchased a seasonal contract...highly recommend this company for all your AC/Head needs.

Couldn't have asked for a better job on work done. Have used M&M at another home and have always been pleased. 

Heat was not kicking on.  The repairman showed within an hour and a half of my call.  He found the problem within minutes(part that caused the spark was broken), and left to get a part.  Came back within an hour and had the unit up and running within 10 minutes.
