Appointment was at 8:00, but he didn't get here until 8:30. He called around 8:15-ish to say he'd be here shortly. Was very easy to work with, and got the job done satisfactorily. No complaints. Would use again.

The guy accidentally knocked over a tool chest and he bought us a new one. He didn’t make money out of this deal, but he had integrity. The work they did was good; we have no problems with that.
