From the get-go this was a first rate experience. The service manager was very friendly, helpful, and courteous, as were all of the employees I interacted with. They made sure I knew exactly what was happening the entire time, texted and called every day. The holidays fell during the shop time and they were very good about keeping me apprised of a bit of delay in getting parts. When I went to pick it up I noticed one very small spot that was slightly off (the headlight needed to be adjusted a touch higher), they quickly took the vehicle back into the shop and made sure that even that slight thing was fixed to my satisfaction. The truck was in perfect condition, you'd never know it was wrecked. I couldn't have asked for a better body shop experience, would recommend them to anyone. My daughter has used them since and had a similar very positive experience.
