They tore out our countertops and installed the new ones. We were very satisfied with their services.

Once I chose my granite, it was installed within a week. The staff was wonderful to work with and wanted me to be happy. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. For only $4000 I have what appears to be three new bathrooms. My husband and I could not be happier.

The owner suggested options in my price range while I was shopping. I was originally looking into low-cost man-made countertops but I envied granite which I did not think I could afford. The salesperson suggested I go to their warehouse and look at granite remnants that were on sale. I found the perfect granite to match my kitchen colors. The demo and removal of tile was pretty traumatic with the dust and noise but the final product was beautiful. Another company installed wood floors and had them prep the floors which were also tile. In hindsight I should have pick travertine floors so that I could be assured that it would be done by the same professionals from Countertop solutions.
Clean up could have been a little neater. However the two installers were gentlemanly and courteous. They were informative about the products and suggested upkeep and care. Would I do it again? I would gladly go back to Countertop Solutions for my next projects. Prices were very competitive and cost for the labor was lower than competitors. The installers clearly knew their business
and worked quickly and efficiently. I wish I could say it was painless but clearly it was a better choice than going DIY. The other company that I hired to install the wood floors weren't as proficient or professional. I'm happy with the end result but very sorry I did not have the same installers for rest of the kitchen.

Everything went like clockwork. I've never worked with a construction crew that was as punctual and as professional. Everything is absolutely perfect. The cabinet guy is truly a perfectionist and did amazing work.
This company was NOT the low bidder, but we definitely got what we paid for with the exceptional and timely service.

I visited the showroom in Maumelle, made my selection and was told it would be approximately 3 weeks before they would have the product and be ready to install. Much to my delight, they were able to install the countertop and backsplash a week later. Sean and Willie arrived about 9:30 on Friday and began the demo. They were able to complete the demo and install the countertop and a portion of the backsplash. It took a little longer than anticipated for the demo of the old ceramice tile backsplash. Sean and Willie came back on Monday afternoon and completed the installation of the glass tile backsplash and returned on Tuesday afternoon to grout. They were very good to clean up after themselves. I am very pleased with the products and the labor.
