Service response on a HOT Friday afternoon.  Called them at 330 and the service the responded on his way home from a full day in the heat.  Very professional and great service.  Had the house cooling down before 6pm.  We will use them again if needed.

These guys were great! They came out quickly on a 104-degree day to look at our A/C, which had quit cooling. They diagnosed the issue, went and got a part and reparied it in about two hours. They also realized that we needed some basic maintenance we've been putting off and said this was why our A/C problems keeping up with the high temps in the summer. We agreed to the service and it's like an entirely new A/C -- our house has been comfortable throughout those 110-degree days that followed.

They have serviced my home ever since I have lived here for the past five years. They are quite responsive, and I know that is kind of hard when it is hot, but they have always come out either the same day I called or the next day. I have a home warranty on the washing machine and didn't have to pay anything. They seem to know what they are doing.
