I was very excited about city motors when I first bought my minivan but soon figured out I had been taken.  First I was in the market for a minivan because recently needed a way to transport my power chair.  Jody was the salesman that helped me and he was awesome.  I can not say enough for how nice he was and how easy he made the whole process.  And actually I didn't come across one bad person there, they were all nice.  The reason I will not ever buy a car from them again is because of the endless things that turned out to be wrong with it.  They sold me a warranty with it and thank god or I would be out about $4,000 more than the original purchase price of $4,800.  Shortly after getting the van the check engine light came on.  I do not drive much so it took 2 weeks but when it did I took it to a certified dealership my warranty required and the told me it was a sensor and I didn't think much odd about that because those parts just go out.  But what they next told me was the computer had been cleared and there was a history code for the transmission.  Long story short they had to replace the transmission and before all was said and done 2 sensors and the front wheel barrings.  I am not saying I am an expert but I do know a fair deal about vehicles and when I took it for a test drive and looked under the hood it was fine.  After those first 2 weeks it started to run rough and made several new noises.  If it hadn't been for the cleared check engine code that was not fixed I would have just thought I had bad luck but because of all that I know they knew what they were selling me.  And not that it is good or fair to take advantage of anyone but I am a 32 year old disabled widow with a young child.  If they will take advantage of me they will take advantage of anyone.
