They are very willing to work with me. I have no charges; I have free checking and savings and I have several loans through them as well a credit card. They are a one-stop shop for Jacksonville and for anybody with financial needs and financial goals. They help me get to where I need to go. They have a great, friendly staff that has above and beyond service. It's like a hometown bank. When you go in there everyone is friendly and it's like and ldquo;What can we do for you?and rdquo; They have excellent rates right now for home mortgages, they have great credit card rates and they have the best auto loan rates. I shopped all over to refinance my car and they had the lowest rate; no bank could touch their rate. I absolutely will continue to use them.
