Before I purchased I asked "For the complete air-duct cleaning, how do you clean the ducts and how do you know you have cleaned the whole duct?" They responded "I clean the air duct w/Rotobrush aiR+, Here's a link" and attached a Youtube link to a 2:43 video Rotobrush: Welcome to Pro Heating and Cooling. The video showed the cleaning and a before and after video check followed by an antimicrobial spray. Only the cleaning was done.  When I asked about the video inspection he said he "forgot" the camera.  I then asked how you know all the ducts are clean and his response was he could "feel it"!  What was shown in the video was not done. I definitely could Not say I felt I was dealt with in a honest manner or that they did a good job.  Even for the Groupon price of $99 it was not worth what I received.  For my peace of mind, I am going to have a service I can trust clean my ducts.

The carpet cleaner  arrived at the exact time of my appt. which was 8:00 a.m..  He asked to see all the rooms he was to clean and got right to work.  He was very fast and was finished in one hour  He was very professional and very good.  I highly recommend A Team Carpet Cleaning.
