He was nice enough to come out exactly when he said he would to give us an estimate. He then went over the project and explained what he was going to be doing very thoroughly. He and a coworker then came out and set up the areas and poured the new slabs. They cleaned up everything after they were done and I am very pleased with him and his work. I would highly recommend them to someone else.

I wanted to widen my driveway to add an additional parking space.  Todd suggested an alternate plan that would cost less.  They relocated the existing gate and part of the fence as well as adding concrete.  The finished project looks great and is exactly what I wanted.  They hauled away all debris and left the space clean.  I would definitely use them again.

As soon as we called he came out and did a great job.

They gave me an estimate on 07/31/14, the finished the job on 08/08/14. He was a good worker who did a very good job. I am very pleased with the porch steps and sidewalk.

Todd came out to assess the problem with our balcony within two days after my husband contacted him.
Later that same day he called to let us know what steps and materials he would use to correct the problem He would correct the slope with concrete and then apply an overlay with material used around pools to further
waterproof the area and provide a consistent look for the whole balcony. Some materials were not available locally, but he knew where to order them from out of state. He also gave us a very reasonable estimate.
Within two weeks the materials Todd needed had arrived and the project was completed. He took extra care in
making sure everything was properly done. He was very meticulous about not letting any of the concrete and
overlay materials get on the brick and other materials surrounding the balcony.
We were very impressed with Todd's professionalism and his attention to detail from beginning to end
of this project.

Todd Cannon was referred to us by our land loan officer at Arvest Bank in Arkansas. When we signed the contract to have Todd start building our dream home, we were living 10 hours away in Texas. We had a lot of hesitation about building without being able to oversee it on a regular basis. We had to put a lot of trust in Todd and he never let us down. He had a good grasp of what our overall vision was for the project. Todd would update us regularly as to the progress or potential changes. He emailed us photos of the construction phases on a regular basis also. He was always available for questions or concerns along the way. It has been a year since the completion of our home, and he's still available to answer questions or perform additional work for us. Todd Cannon of C and C Builders is the consummate professional, and he exceeded our expectations. UPDATE: I do not think it is quality work. We have had 2 plumbing leaks that have been leaking over a 4 year period, which we were never aware of. It ruined our basement. It also caused a fire hazard due to the leaking affecting the wiring. We have multiple leaks in our roof as well. Additionally, when we had work on our French doors done by this service provider, he never leveled them. We have numerous issues with our home which was built in 2012, that should never be problems with a new home.
