Vaughn and his crew/ subs where very professional, neat and skilled. The work everyone did on our Master Bathroom remodel was impeccable. We had a full gut job down to the studs and put back. The quality product and installation Vaughn used will ensure a leak free long lasting shower and tub. I knew I wanted newly remodeled Master and Guest bathrooms but I had no idea where to start. Vaughn was my "saving grace". He patiently showed me photos with examples of his work, sent me to previous customers to look at their remodel and then I talked to them about Vaugh's professionalism, he told me exactly what to buy and choices of where to look...in other words he "held my hand" and walked me through the process. At 65 my decision making process is slow. He took the time I needed to understand and feel confident in what I was going to do. He is exactly what I was looking for in a builder. Honest, friendly, punctual, caring. You will be glad you chose Vaughn as your remodel builder.

We are very happy with our new tile shower. Vaughn does a professional job with exceptional attention to detail. This work is not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. The job went according to schedule in spite of a couple of surprises (blob of concrete under the old shower enclosure that had to be removed and crooked wall studs). Vaughn also worked around our schedule which required him to put in some long days. The charges for both the plumbing work and custom glass were higher than originally expected, but again, both of these subcontracted services met unexpected work (moving vent pipes and glass coating). We would definitely use LG Home Improvement again!

Vaughn was referred to me when I told my plumber I wanted to remodel my master bathroom. I met with him and was impressed by his professionalism. He worked out the bid, provided me with a very detailed list and estimate. He did a really great job. He made great suggestions, explained the process, and answered all my questions. In spite of some really rough weather, he stayed on schedule and well within budget. I LOVE the new shower! Well worth it! I highly recommend him to anyone doing a remodel. When I'm ready to do the guest bath, he will be the only call I make!

We have used Vaughn on 2 separate remodeling projects, our kitchen and master bath. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. He is very respectful and stayed on budget both times. The workers he recommended for electrical and plumbing were very reasonably priced and did good work. My husband and I would highly recommend Vaughn for any work you need.

I really enjoyed working with Vaughn he was very good at suggesting specifics when I told him what I wanted for an end result. Very happy with what he did, the functionality was perfect and the project went on time and on budget from what he quoted me. I love my bathroom it's beautiful! I used L.G. for a complete reno of my master bathroom last October and I was so pleased with the completed job that I hired them again just last month for a complete reno on my guest bathroom. Vaughn and his crew did a great job on my bathroom remodel. Vaughn is a perfectionist and his tile work is exceptional. Communication for me is a big deal and he kept me informed at all times as to what work was being done and when it was expected to be completed. I trust his work and was so satisfied with the remodel that I've just hired him again to remodel my second bathroom. They did a great job in remodeling the kitchen. Did everthing that was requested for the job in a timely manner. Flooring and window installation was perfect. Will hire them again and recommend them for any remodeling projects.

I am well pleased with the quality of work that they have done on my bathroom. I will definitely call them again for any of my home improvement needs. All the guys that had a hand in this were very nice and trustworthy. It was nice having someone do a quality job for a great price. And it is also nice when someone says they will do something right that they really do.

Just took a long time to complete because we changed the floor plan ... total revamp. Also, make sure when you are ordering sinks, facuets and cabinets, the suppliers have them in stock or they give you a time frame when they will be delivered.
