We made it very clear that we have dogs (three) that are regarded as family members and that it was imperative that the dogs not be allowed to leave the yard. We have very good fencing and gates. We offered to pen the dogs while the work was done. The workers assured us we didn't have to pen the dogs and that we didn't need to do anything special regarding them. The first day of work one dog escaped when a gate was left open. Purely by luck the dog was found about a mile from the house, in the parking lot of a busy grocery store, by a couple of people who were strangers to us. At that time I explained to the Hanke salesman that all trust had been destroyed and it would be best if they didn't proceed with the work. But after some discussions some small trust was restored and work resumed. After that there wasn't an occasion of a dog escaping because we either kept them inside or stayed home or had someone here while the contractor was here. We were told that all nails would be picked up with a magnet, but I picked up many dozens of nails and pieces of siding during and after the work. In the course of installing gutters several roofing shingles were left loose. I secured them myself because of no confidence in the contractor. Two outside lights had to be removed and reinstalled for the siding installation. I'm an electrician, had installed the lights myself originally, and was concerned that code compliance of the lighting would be maintained. I have seen the shoddy work that is often done during the course of installing siding. But the lights were not reworked by a licensed electrician and no longer met code requirements. I insisted that a licensed electrician be contracted to re-install the lights again. That was done, at no additional cost, and the work met code requirements. I do not recommend this contractor.

They completed the installation with the exception of the shutters which I only got installed after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  Within one month of installation, one of the panels fell off and they had to come back to reinstall.  Because the company went bankrupt, my lifetime warranty is worthless.  Although they have told me on three separate occasions that they are under no legal obligation to honor the warranty, but they are doing so because it is "the right thing to do."  The moral positioning is hardest to swallow because 18 months ago I had yet another piece of siding fall off the house and with repeated calls to them I have not so much as had a return call--even thought they are committed to doing the "right thing."  I grossly overpaid for a service from a business that positions itself as high quality, professional, and ethical. They are none of those.  The quality of the actual siding was actually very good, and installed by a supplier who actually competently installed it and serviced their work, would be very satisfactory.  The 'F' grade is simply too high for the remainder of the service I received from this horrible supplier.  

They were wonderful to work with. Understood our budget and worked within it (it was so long ago, I don't remember the cost). Very professional- I would highly recommend

I have never seen a guy work like that without supervision. If they lose him, they will be in trouble. I think his name is Victor, he was great! Very prompt. Picked up all the old stuff, couldnt even tell where he had worked. Incredible!

They give top quality services. They are professional, and they have competitive prices. The whole company is exceptional including all of the workers and Tim Hanke himself. I could not have asked for a better working relationship with the whole company.

I'm very pleased with them. It was not cheap and pretty high priced. I feel like the quality of the work and product was well worth the price.

It was expensive, but they did a very good job. I would recommend them.

The service was good. They could improve on actual detail to work. I had to actually go back and recoat all the windows that were put in. Otherwise they did a good job, they were fast.

I had wanted to add gutter guards to my gutters and add new guttering.  I decided after having many companies come out and show me their products to replace all my gutters with Hanke products.  I had been thinking about new windows as we had them at our last home and our energy bills were cut in half over traditional double-pane windows.  I love being able to wash my windows inside and out from the comfort of my inside rooms.  I also liked the new windows that can be raised or lowered and locked so I can sleep safely if I want with my windows open or leave my home with windows open somewhat. Although there were some glitches due to my window casings, they called in specialist from Little Rock to assess the situation and we were able to proceed.  All of the workers were extremely professional, punctual and cleaned up inside and out as they went from area to area.  They were careful to pick up small pieces in the lawn.  I appreciated their detail as my grandchildren were visiting soon after.  I had a leak in my sunroom that I have had for several years and no one has ever been able to figure out where it was coming from.  They found the problem behind siding and apparently, it had been an issue for many years!  They made several trips to locate the problem and fixed it.  I haven't had any problems since!  Although they are pricier than competitors, the professionalism of everyone involved, the excellent products and the timely fashion that my projects were completed make them a great deal for the price!

The gentleman sent to do the installation was courteous, and prompt and did a good job of the installation and cleaning up after the job.  The guttering system was superior to that I had put on the back of the house several years earlier in appearance and in that the transition from gutter to downspout allows for a higher water transfer rate.  You should, however expect to pay more.

Roofer always showed up on time,worked, cleaned up yard. Excellent job! About a year later the color started disappearing. We called, the worker came back,went up on roof & said it was a "material" problem. He then contacted the owner who did NOTHING to "fix" the now silver roof-it is supposed to be red. We have contacted the company owner several times without any satisfaction. He says its out of his hands. He supplies only the worker and does not cover the materials he uses.

We love our windows. My husband talked with Hanke Brothers about getting new windows for our home in Little Rock. The guy came out to do a free estimate, and told us about how long it would take to do the windows. It rained a couple of days putting things off. Overall, we are very happy with the windows that we got. They are very easy to clean. They are the kind that tilt in to clean which almost makes the job fun to do. We are thinking about going with the Sagebrush siding next time we do business with them. Anyway, they picked up after the work was done. Our installers were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner.

It was great. They were really polite. They came out and brought a sample of the window and showed me all the features. Their presentation was a little bit too long but it was informative and I appreciated that.

I thought they were particular in their work taking it seriously. They were just a great bunch of guys to watch with their true skills. They had the proper equipment to do anything that needed done. I was satisfied with everything they did.

Four guys did an excellent job in putting up my siding around my home. They were very impressive and they didn t take any short cuts. They didn t even hardly take any breaks during this three day job and the clean up was just excellent.

The workman did a fine job on our home and we were really happy with all they did. They even call us every now and then to see if everything is okay. We really appreciated them caring so much about the quality of job they did.

They did a great job and I was extremely satisfied with their service, workmanship, and honesty. These folks were great to deal with. Everything had to be done perfectly. They gave me an estimate on the work and they stuck to it.

It took two crews one week to accomplish this wonderful job. They were very punctual and polite. The four men came first and did an excellent job putting up the siding and then two men came later to do the gutters. They all did a great job and cleaned up great when they were done.

I was so pleased to have found this company after the terrible luck that we had with an previous company. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. They were a little bit more costly then others but I learned from my first mistake that you get what you pay for! Besides that, they did great work and the workers were very nice.

I just thought they did a wonderful job of measuring everything so accurately. They were detailed and did their work in a serious nature. They were friendly, courteous, and such great people to talk to.

We were pleased with the work performed with the installation of the bay window, so we decided to get all our windows replaced in the home by them. It was agreed upon that they were suppose to finish the job in two days. It ended up taking them a half of a day which was an indication that something had gone terribly wrong with the installation. It turned out to be a disaster and we've been dealing with getting this mess out straightened out since October. This is disgusting because the windows were improperly sized. They stuck siding along the side of the windows just to hold the windows in there, which made the windows all bulge out.

I think they did an excellent job as my sun room looks great. They did exactly everything we told them to do. They lived up to our standards. I had no problems with their workers or their service. Their prices were very reasonable for all the work that was done.

When the old siding on my home started fading I called them because it was still under warranty. I'm very happy to say that they sick by what they guarantee 100 percent. They had professional workers out very quickly to install the new siding.
