Countryside Animal Hospital

I really liked this vet clinic. As a relatively new resident of the Hot Springs area, I was looking for a vet, and I selected Countryside after researching online. Countryside went out of their way to be able to board my big dog over Thanksgiving, and while he and my other dog were there, I asked the clinic to give them all their shots, heartworm medication, and do a thorough examination of them both. There were fine when I picked them up after two nights, and they had treated one of the dogs for an eye infection that I had forgotten to mention but wanted treated. Countryside will be my veterinary clinic from now on. I was pleased with how nice all the staff are, and really like the vet that treated my dogs. I also have two cats I will be making appointments for at Countryside. I marked the price rating as a B just because it cost a lot to have them treated, however, the cost was actually just what I had been expecting as it was in line with my previous vet's bill from a year ago. I would have liked it to be cheaper, but I feel like it was about what I could expect from any vet clinic. I would highly recommend Countryside Animal Hospital if you are looking for a veterinarian.

Office was very clean with no smell. Staff was very caring and friendly. We will call them when we need service, or it is time for shots.

They made him throw up, pumped his stomach and feed him activated charcoal. They were in a meeting as they were closed. I was banging on the door. They stopped their meeting and came out.

Dr. Riffel is awesome. He and the rest of the staff are so caring and competent. I always leave feeling like my dog is their favorite patient. The really neat thing is that I'm sure they make everyone feel that way!

I would use them again and they are a good company.

Great. They got the specimens for the lab and had the results quickly. They also matched prices for online pet medicines.

Hospital staff are great. Really appeared to care and did not give up until they found the problem.

They took care of everything by calling my normal vet in CA and had the prescription in a couple hours.

The lady that called me, Jodi, was the kindest, most caring and compassionate person I've ever dealt with at a vet's office in Hot Springs. Because of her, I will never take any animals anywhere else.

Again, the doctors and the staff are really awesome, kind-hearted, animal-minded people! Love them!

We have been taking our poodle there for twelve years. We are very pleased with them.

Not only do they try to talk you into every test they can make money on, they are also VERY good at sending you reminders for vaccinations for dogs that THEY put to sleep for you for 12 months after the fact. THEY SUCK!

It went fine dropped her off at 9.00 am and picked her up at 2.00 PM

they found the problem by 10:00 AM a very serious stomach virus he was dehydrated, So they started an I.V. drip and antibiotics ,the gave him a shot of anti inflammatory for his slight hip displeasure and kept him over night.
