First, I am happy that all went well and we were available to provide service on a Saturday with the correct part in stock on our service vehicle. Second, I have thoroughly reviewed the costs of the pre-approved service fees in the amount of $288.00 and compared it to the service that was provided. I found it to be priced correctly out of our Straight Forward Pricing guide. Lastly, as with any business, there are a host of expenses "behind the scenes" that go into your service call. Some of the "behind the scene" expenses include insurances, vehicles and maintenance, training, office staff, tools, marketing, fuel, taxes, utilities, employee benefits, licensing, hundreds of replacement parts on each service vehicle and the list could go on and on. So as you can see, it requires a lot of overhead and operating costs to get a Benjamin Franklin plumber to your home to provide you the best plumbing experience in the area.
